This blend was made to address the issue of addiction, whether it be to substances, behaviours or beliefs. I discovered through my own healing journey that I used sugar (which has now been proven to be more addictive than cocaine!) to numb and disconnect from the feelings that arose as a result of the traumas I had experienced. I realised that when I consumed enough sugar frequently enough, I could numb and disconnect from the things that I believed were too much to feel.
It took some months to make this blend as I needed to tune into, not only my addiction, but all the addictive energies across the planet, as well as those that come through past life and ancestral lines. It truly was a horrendous period of time to sit in and feel the intense depths of so many addictive energies and all that they encompass.
As a result of connecting to and getting a greater understanding of what being addicted entails, the FREE TO CHOOSE blend was initially made with more than 30 flower essences and currently contains 40 flower essences.
It assists both humans and animals to gently find the strength and resilience to be able to find the freedom to choose rather than be driven by out of control habits and behaviours. It gently assists with so many of the thoughts, beliefs and feelings that are associated with an addiction. Feelings such as being stuck, out of control, panic, confusion, worry, shame, embarrassment, anger, being a victim, having to endure, desperation, no way out, mood swings, being out of balance are just to name a few.
In working to make the FREE TO CHOOSE blend, I discovered that the opposite of addiction is CONNECTION. I then went on to make a CONNECTION BLEND to assist in my work with addiction.
