After many years of intense work to come from a deeply suppressed and disconnected place, I found myself as many would describe as being an empath. I felt like I was “too open” and drowning in the feelings of not only myself but others, and this was not assisting me to do the deep work that I do. I had gone from one extreme to another and needed to find a place of balance between the two. Hence, the creation of the COMPASSION BLEND.
This blend allows me to still receive the information I need from the feeling state without drowning in it. It also brought a level of compassion and acceptance for all the parts of myself, and others, and the compassionate part has access to all the tools I need without being too open and flooded by the intense feelings. It takes me out of having empathy and drowning in the self, to having compassion for the self. Years of negative self-talk and even anger and self-hatred had taken its toll and at times disrupted my ability to do the inner work as I needed to do. The COMPASSION BLEND brings acceptance, understanding and compassion for the self.
