Doing my own internal work I had been noticing that I was often in the overwhelm of, “It’s too much, I can’t do this” with the extremes in what was coming up for me to process. I could see that I was often out of “balance” which pushed me to making the BALANCE BLEND. Whilst working on the BALANCE BLEND and tuning into the energy across the planet, I could feel that this is a time that BALANCE is needed. Genuine balance means feeling everything that’s coming and doing ALL the emotions, not just the “positive” ones. The BALANCE BLEND also gave me a new, deeper understanding of what “balance” means having a much wider meaning that what is found in the dictionary, which is a limitation of the meaning of balance. For this understanding to come through one needs to be RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW in the present to know and feel what is needed to come into balance. And the meaning of what is required is different for each person. The BALANCE BLEND works on all the ways we have become dysfunctional, which is not only different for each person, but changes for each person as well. What was required yesterday may have changed or be different today. The BALANCE BLEND assists in stopping the extremes and brings the process into more balance so that the overwhelm doesn’t take over.
This blend:
- balances the extremes/polarities/contradictory
- brings all the parts together
- brings a process into more balance
- assists to bring overwhelm into balance
- brings a new wider understanding & meaning of what balance is
- assists in showing what is out of balance and how this is different for each person
- works with all the ways one has become dysfunctional
- shows what was required for balance yesterday may have changed or be different today
